Oleander's Thoughts on Beauty

Being beautiful is wonderful. People are excited when you speak to them, their faces open and smiling. They compliment you, and receive your suggestions readily. You garner respect by default. It is worth the invested time and money to maintain yourself.

And being thin is intoxicating. Everything fits beautifully, your skin is tight and smooth, eyes follow where you walk. It is a pleasure to look at your own arm, hand, foot, moving beneath you when its attached to a graceful limb. You place your hand on your stomach by habit, and it is firm and slender. To be frank, it elevates you amongst your peers. Many women glance through sidecast eyes at what you're eating, and wonder. And judge. And seethe. It's worth the fuss to maintain it, but requires discipline (like most beauty).
